For actual weight. Every truck crosses the quarry weighbridge before it leaves: gross, tare and net go onto the delivery note, and that net figure is what you are invoiced for. There is nothing left to argue about afterwards.

It depends on the material — crushed stone, sand and screenings each have their own bulk density. The exact figure for every item is shown in the catalogue, along with the price converted per cubic metre. Loading and payment still go by weight; the cubic figure is there to help you picture the load.

There is no hard minimum: we will move any volume, from a single truck to scheduled regular supply. The terms depend on where it is going, so give us the address and we will work it out.

We work the timing out case by case — it depends on the volume, the fraction and the address. We run 70 trucks and they are committed to us, so we are not hunting for a free one. Your manager will confirm the exact time when the order is placed.

Across Astana and the Akmola region. We calculate the haul from your address: distance and access affect both the price and which truck can actually reach the site.

We agree the payment arrangement when the order is placed and are open to whatever suits you. Tell your manager how you would prefer to settle and he will confirm the terms.

An electronic delivery note for every run, numbered and signed by the driver. Beyond that, as agreed in the contract: invoice, acceptance certificate, electronic VAT invoice, consignment note, batch certificate. Companies get the full closing set, and it arrives in the customer portal as the delivery proceeds rather than in a bundle at the end of the month.

Briefly: 5-10 for thin layers, paving and aprons; 10-20 is the workhorse, for concrete and foundations; 20-40 for road bases and bedding; 20-70 and rubble stone for the cushion under heavy structures and for large volumes. Describe the job to your manager and we will advise rather than sell you what is left over.

From two quarries in the Akmola region, where the stone is produced on SANDVIK and METSO crushing and screening plants. Loading goes straight from the quarry with no stockyard in between, and the whole delivery — loading, weight, paperwork and haulage — is ours to answer for.

Yes: conformity certificates, laboratory test reports and a CT-KZ certificate of origin. On the website they are published as watermarked samples; the original for your batch comes with the delivery or on request.

Yes, that is what the customer portal is for. Each order lists its trucks: plate number, when the driver accepted the run, when he loaded and when he unloaded, plus gross, tare and net for each. Delivery notes, invoices and a chat with your manager live inside the same order.

Yes. You add the foreman yourself and grant access only to the orders you choose. He can accept unloading but sees no prices, totals or invoices — that limit is enforced on the server, not merely hidden in the interface.
